Demo registration records your follow-up permission. A one-day, HttpOnly session cookie supports registration and request limits; only a hash of its random token is stored in the database. Local synthetic samples do not require registration. We do not verify email ownership through this form.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our services.
• Process your consultation requests and generate technical blueprints.
• Send updates only when you separately subscribe. Demo registration is permission to follow up about your project, not a marketing subscription.
• Respond to your comments, questions, and requests.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party service providers (such as email delivery services or analytics providers) to help us operate our business. Tailored demo briefs and conversation context are sent to our configured AI provider (Gemini). The contact form fields are not included in model prompts; known contact values in conversation text are masked where possible. Avoid confidential records in the demo. Contact details, briefs and proposed approaches are stored in our Postgres service for follow-up. Appointment requests send the saved details through our email provider to the Stellitron team, and to you only if you request a copy. A requested time is not a confirmed calendar booking. Optional analytics follows your cookie preference and does not include your form text or contact details in its event parameters.
